"To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don't grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float."
What really is happiness? Some people think of happiness as receiving something such as a brand new Xbox, and some people think of happiness as being at a rock concert on a cool summer night. True, these are great moments of enjoyment and pure happiness, but what happiness really is to me is the gift of relaxation. Relaxation is the feeling of having no worries in the world, being able to "kick your feet up" and let your guard down for just a little bit. The funny thing about relaxation is that there are plenty of things that get in the way of it. Homework, sports, friends, and other activities dominate all of our lives and interfere with our relaxation. For me, when all of those things are eliminated and I am left sitting on my couch and relaxing, that is when I am happy. There are millions of things in the world that bring happiness to me, but the more and more I realize, I see how relaxation is one of the biggest things that makes me happy in my life.
